Online Application Process

Read and understand the application process and then fill the application form.

Admission process consist of 4 stages : Purchase and filling of application form, Interactive session, ENACH mandate registration and school fee payment, Submission of 2 passport photos and photocopy of the birth certificate.

Purchase and filling of application form

  • Form should be filled completely and accurately.The information should be as per the original documents.
  • Any discrepancy found in filled information,application form of the child will be rejected
  • User id and password will be sent through sms and email.
  • Read application guidlines to fill appication form.

Interactive session

  • Parents will be notified through an email and sms about the interaction session.Interactive session will not be conducted without physical presence of both parents and child.
  • At time of interaction session both Parents of the child will sign the Parents Undertaking.
  • Original documents should be brought during the interaction session for physical verification.Arrange the documents from sr no 1-8 in a file.Incompete set of documents will not be entertained.

1. Original Birth certificate of the child.
2. Aadhar card of the child.
3. Pan card of both the parents.
4. Highest education certificate (Higher degree) of both the parents.
5. Latest electricity bill for residence proof / Registered rent agreement
6. C.W books, first term assessment card, school fees paid receipts of the last school attended.
7. Baptism certificate for Christian child
8. Workplace proof of working parents -
    For salaried employee - Current ID proof of company
    For business - Current registration certificate of firm

9. 6 months Bank Statement of current financial year.

ENACH mandate registration and school fee payment

  • After the interaction session,parents will be notified through email for online registration of ENACH mandate of annual school fees.Parents should fill and submit.
  • Parents will be notified through email & sms for payment of 1st installment of annual school fees.
  • On intimated date Ist installment fee will be auto debited from parents account.On debit failure no second chance will be given.

Submission of passport photos and photocopy of the birth certificate.

  • Parents will have to submit 2 passport size photos & self attested photocopy of the birth certificate of the applicant in the school within 2 days after payment of school fees (excluding saturday and sunday).On the same day parents will receive the welcome letter and will also sign Admission Form.
  • Parents should come and collect the notice regarding uniform, stationary & orientation programme in the month of April. Date will be notified through sms. Visit the notice section of school website regularly for further updates.

Admission will be confirmed only after all 4 stages of admission process are completed successful.
